Enjoy a relaxing, soothing and bath after a stressful day at work with lavender and chamomile bath salt bath, its great to soften the skin and relax the muscles and unwind the mind.
- 2 cups Epsom salt or sea salt
- 2 tablespoon baking soda
- 5 drops lavender essential oils
- 5 drops chamomile essential oils
- Mix the Epsom salt and baking soda well into a clean dry jar with lid.
- Add the drops of oils and mix in well.
- Put on lid and leave to sit for one hour before use.
- You may want to add food colouring of purple or yellow.
- Add to bath when running warm water to help melt the salts.
- Relax and enjoy.
