Bath salt to relax

Enjoy a relaxing, soothing and bath after a stressful day at work with lavender and chamomile bath salt bath, its great to soften the skin and relax the muscles and unwind the mind.

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups Epsom salt or sea salt
  2. 2 tablespoon baking soda
  3. 5 drops lavender essential oils
  4. 5 drops chamomile essential oils

Method:

  1. Mix the Epsom salt and baking soda well into a clean dry jar with lid.
  2. Add the drops of oils and mix in well.
  3. Put on lid and leave to sit for one hour before use.
  4. You may want to add food colouring of purple or yellow.
  5. Add to bath when running warm water to help melt the salts.
  6. Relax and enjoy.
